Role Overview
As an SDR, you will be the engine of Vericent’s growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our AI-driven solutions and qualifying opportunities for deeper engagement. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on building connections, uncovering business challenges, and setting the stage for impactful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and digital channels.
- Market Intelligence: Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and understand their business challenges.
- Discovery: Conduct initial calls to assess prospect needs and determine strategic fit with Vericent’s AI solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and pipeline stages to support forecasting and reporting.
- Collaboration: Partner with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in technology or enterprise solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to research accounts and identify opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote and onsite as required).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management best practices.
